We are pleased that you are interested in trying yoga at our center.

Please read the following guidelines so that you will have
the information you need for a safe and satisfactory experience.

Ashtanga Prana Yoga center has opened since 2008.

Our center is located in Pungnap-dong ,Songpa-gu, in Seoul.
Lee seung-eun is the first authorized teacher
in Korea and we have many other great teachers.
The instructors lead in-depth and different classes.

Starting a class

You can drop in to any public classes at any time.
We have Regular class, Mysore class , various workshops and a Teachers training couse to become certified.
You can join the Regular class. It¡¯s one hour and the program consists of Ashtanga yoga, Sivananda and Healing Therapy yoga.

Also Mysore class is the traditional yoga style in India and teacher is there to quietly encourage you to take ownership of your own practice. You¡¯ll likely find yourself falling in love with this elegant and inspiring practice of yoga.

Special needs

It¡¯s very important to inform the teacher before class begins of any special health conditions
or injuries you may have. If you do not want to do this in the class setting, you can contact the teacher beforehand.

What to bring

We have mats if you need one, but for reason of hygiene, we do recommend that you invest in a mat for yourself. Please be prepared to practice in bare feet, and wear clothes that you can move in comfortably. Also do not eat for at least an hour or two before class.

Honor your body¡¯s needs and limitations

Remember that yoga is not a competitive endeavor. If a posture or movement feels
inappropriate for your body, then modify the pose or ask the instructor for assistance.
